What you'll do

• Lead the assigned crew to meet production targets and quality standards
• optimize machine use and reduce downtime
• monitor machine performance
• mentor team members
• ensure safety and company-policy compliance
• maintain QMS and ISO 9001 compliance
• track and report production, labor, and utilization KPIs
• coordinate with maintenance, quality, and supply chain
• maintain production records and reports
• support performance evaluations and accountability.
