• Interpret insurance policies and assess coverage obligations
• advise claims professionals on coverage strategy, litigation exposure, and settlement considerations
• draft and review coverage correspondence
• oversee coverage litigation and outside counsel
• collaborate with Underwriting and Product teams
• monitor legal and regulatory developments
• identify trends and provide training to claims professionals.
