Thermal Spray Operator

Job overview

The Thermal Spray Operator role is onsite in Jupiter, FL, and requires willingness to travel or permanently relocate there. Compensation is $33–$52 per hour. AAA USA supports aerospace manufacturing and gas turbine component repair programs. The operator prepares components, runs robotic thermal spray and automated coating equipment, and inspects coating quality against specifications. The role works with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to meet customer requirements and production schedules while following safety and quality procedures.

What you'll do

• Operate robotic thermal spray equipment
• prepare components through blasting, masking, cleaning, and fixture installation
• program and monitor automated coating systems
• inspect coating thickness and coverage
• interpret blueprints and specifications
• complete production and quality records
• maintain equipment
• collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Quality.
