What you'll do

• Install, repair, and maintain Windows-based PCs and related systems
• install and upgrade software and hardware and perform backups
• change network backup tapes
• troubleshoot PC hardware failures and network issues
• assist network administrators as needed
• provide user support for Microsoft Office and desktop issues
• troubleshoot, repair, test, and calibrate printed circuit boards and electronic components
• maintain repair and calibration records.
