What you'll do

• Review project estimates and bids
• collaborate on project staffing
• review subcontractor selection, contracts, materials, and shop drawings
• review project schedules
• ensure project management prerequisites and logs are prepared and administered
• coordinate material delivery and receipt records
• monitor construction activities and resolve issues
• review project status and billings
• ensure punch-list completion and closeout documentation
• support final dispute settlement and payment dispositions.
