The role helps maintain accurate employee records and dependable HR processes while supporting employees, candidates, and dealership operations.

What you'll do

• Coordinate recruitment from candidate selection through orientation
• initiate pre-employment screenings and escalate issues
• coordinate onboarding and recruiting events
• administer routine benefits transactions and support open enrollment
• track leave documentation
• maintain HRIS records and reporting
• support payroll processes, HR projects, audits, acquisitions, policy rollouts, and documented workflows.
