The Lot Assistant – ADESA Salt Lake City role is onsite in Salt Lake City, UT. Pay is $16 per hour. ADESA operates auto auctions and vehicle service and remarketing locations. The role supports lot operations before, during, and after sale days by preparing vehicles, recording inventory movements, and helping maintain vehicle readiness. Accurate vehicle flow and coordination with shop and operations teams help move inventory from check-in to the auction sale line.

What you'll do

• Prepare and stage vehicles for sale, apply stickers, mark vehicles, and move vehicles using lot tow trucks or forklifts
• operate the service truck to support the driver team
• scan the lot and record vehicle movements
• assist with vehicle readiness, including jump-starting vehicles, adding fluids, and inflating tires
• remove personal property
• confirm mileage, make, year, and VIN
• maintain safe work areas and report hazards.
