Content Developer

Job overview

The Content Developer role is hybrid, with two days in the office and three days working from home, supporting World Relief locations in Fort Worth, Dallas, and Austin, Texas. Compensation is $27–$29 per hour. The role supports World Relief’s humanitarian, community-strengthening, refugee and immigrant services, and advocacy work through storytelling and content for digital, print, and donor engagement channels. The position gathers and develops ethical, dignity-centered stories and creative assets that communicate program impact and community resilience. It also coordinates social media content and uses engagement data to support awareness, fundraising, and community engagement goals.

What you'll do

• Collect stories and creative assets from World Relief Texas programs
• interview participants, staff, volunteers, and partners using ethical storytelling practices and informed consent
• capture photo, video, audio, and written content
• gather supporting data and context
• coordinate content with program and advancement teams
• organize raw assets and supporting materials
• create and schedule social media posts
• support digital engagement and monitor trends
• collaborate on metrics and analytics
• travel to Fort Worth, Dallas, and Austin offices and attend events as needed.
