What you'll do

• Lead strategic and annual HR planning
• support Tribal and Native hire preference with the TERO Manager
• develop and maintain compensation and performance systems
• oversee employee benefits and renewals
• support staff training and development
• coordinate recruitment and participate in director and senior health-system recruitment
• oversee personnel records
• ensure employment-law compliance
• develop policies and advise supervisors and staff
• conduct personnel investigations with the TERO Manager.
