• Manage multiple real estate projects from planning and design through construction, occupancy, and closeout
• work with clients on scope, resources, estimates, budgets, schedules, quality, and risks
• report project status
• coach project managers
• conduct complex requests for proposals and bid evaluations
• resolve schedule issues
• facilitate status meetings
• guide project teams through implementation and completion.
