Gym Club Manager

What you'll do

• Achieve membership, personal-training, and club budget goals
• sell memberships and training packages and follow up with prospects
• manage, train, motivate, and hold staff and trainers accountable
• provide member service
• maintain brand standards and club cleanliness
• oversee daily operations, reports, and administrative duties
• conduct staff meetings
• build local business relationships and support outreach and marketing
• respond to member concerns
• implement corporate programs and promotions.
