Technical Sales and Service Representative, Tirefill

The Technical Sales and Service Representative, Tirefill role is onsite in Richmond, VA, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Pay is $24.03–$36.06 per hour. The position is part of Carpenter Co.’s Tirefill product division and reports to the National Sales Manager, Tirefill Division. The role supports customers and the sales team by maintaining parts availability, processing orders, providing technical assistance, and servicing Tirefill processing equipment. It helps customers use the equipment safely and keeps parts and service operations organized.

What you'll do

• Purchase and maintain repair-parts inventory for equipment production and resale
• maintain replacement-parts pricing in SAP
• conduct quarterly inventory
• create delivery notes for customer sales orders
• fulfill and ship parts orders
• build and refurbish Tirefill processing equipment
• provide technical support to customers and the sales team
• repair equipment at customer locations
• train customers in safe equipment and product use
• submit expense reports and weekly work schedules.
