What you'll do

• Complete treatment plans prescribed by doctors
• run diagnostic tests per the doctor on duty's orders
• administer medications
• handle hospitalized patient intake and discharge
• discuss financial standings and patient updates with pet owners
• maintain hospital charges and patient charts
• administer medications to boarded pets as needed
• maintain a clean treatment area
• monitor anesthesia during surgery.
