What you'll do

• Maintain the pipeline of potential land deals and assess fit with division market strategy.
• Research properties, analyze data and raw land market value, build financial models and tracking worksheets, maintain acquisition files and reports, draft letters and documents, network with local land professionals and brokers, identify underutilized properties, streamline transactions, and ensure contract compliance.
• Visit potential acquisition sites on some days.
