What you'll do

• Review menus, production sheets, and prep guides
• prepare meals according to menus and standardized recipes
• use nutritionally equivalent substitutes when needed
• operate kitchen equipment safely
• follow dietary guidelines and food safety, sanitation, and infection control standards
• complete kitchen tasks efficiently
• collaborate with dietary team members to meet resident needs and preferences.
