What you'll do

• Oversee therapy home health staff, including Physical Therapists, PTAs, Occupational Therapists, COTAs, and SLPs
• oversee patient and client care services and personnel
• ensure quality of care in the home
• coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team, patients and clients, families, and referring agencies
• maintain availability during agency operating hours in person or via telecommunications.

Why this role
