Strategic Sourcing Manager

What you'll do

• Represent clients in a variety of plaintiff personal injury matters.
• Independently manage a litigation caseload.
• Work closely with other attorneys and Partners on legal projects.
• Handle court appearances and depositions.
• Communicate with clients and provide status reports.
• Develop and implement litigation strategies.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery.
• Negotiate settlements.
• Participate in trial and mediation proceedings.
