What you'll do

• Deliver food from the kitchen to dining room tables promptly and accurately
• assist servers with table, service-station, and coffee-station preparation
• communicate table and food-delivery status between kitchen and servers
• clear tables and complete side work
• maintain a clean service area
• polish silverware
• know menu descriptions for the bar and dining room
• follow sanitation guidelines and assist supervisors and chefs with assigned tasks.
