What you'll do

• Oversee RN telephone triage, RN procedures, and Apex In Basket management
• manage clinic flow and patient-care delivery
• allocate staffing and other resources
• monitor services and coordinate with other departments
• recruit, evaluate, discipline, and develop staff
• collaborate on quality, safety, policy, and service improvements
• and plan and manage operating and capital budgets.
