The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) — Afternoon Hours role is an onsite position in Grantsville, UT, with compensation of $21–$27 per hour. Above and Beyond Therapy provides care and support for children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. The RBT delivers one-to-one applied behavior analysis therapy in home or clinic settings, follows individualized plans written by a supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst, records session data, and collaborates with peers and supervisors. The position requires travel between appointments, a vehicle and valid driver’s license, and RBT certification; the schedule is Monday through Friday with weekends as needed.

What you'll do

• Provide direct one-to-one applied behavior analysis therapy in home or clinic settings
• implement individualized treatment plans and programs written by the supervising BCBA
• collect data and submit session notes
• collaborate with peers and supervisors
• participate in staff meetings and training
• commute between appointments.
