What you'll do

• Maintain and reconcile the general ledger and record journal entries
• assist with financial statements and management reports
• contribute to budget variance analyses
• reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
• investigate discrepancies
• review and process employee expense reports
• assist with audit schedules and documentation
• contribute financial information to budgeting and forecasting
• collaborate with department heads on budget variances.
