The attorney advises on federal tax matters in public finance and infrastructure transactions, supports tax-exempt financings, and researches applicable tax laws and regulations. The work contributes to the practice’s handling of complex financing matters, including tax credits, tax-exempt organizations, financial products, and IRS audits as applicable.

What you'll do

• Advise on federal tax issues involving public finance and infrastructure financing transactions
• support complex tax-exempt financing transactions
• analyze tax considerations in public finance structures and infrastructure projects
• research and advise on federal tax laws and regulations
• collaborate with tax attorneys
• assist with tax credits, tax-exempt organizations, financial products, and IRS audits as applicable.
