Direct Support Lead This is an onsite, full-time role in Green Bay, WI, with a pay rate of $17/hr. REM Community Services, a part of the Sevita family, provides community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This role is critical to our success in expanding access to services and developing new and more effective ways of delivering supports and services to individuals with a range of intellectual and developmental disabilities.
What you'll do
- Facilitate the implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISP), participate in administrative duties including staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight, supervise a team of Caregivers, provide support to individuals receiving services including assistance with daily activities, medication administration, and personal care, facilitate community involvement.
