Assistant Store Manager

The Assistant Store Manager role is onsite in Bronson, MI. Compensation is $18–$21 per hour. Johnny’s Markets is a family-owned, Michigan-based convenience-store chain serving communities across Michigan and Northern Indiana. The assistant manager helps keep store operations running smoothly, supports customer service, and takes charge during second and third shifts or when the Store Manager is away. The role guides employees and helps maintain a clean, stocked, safe store while supporting sales and expense goals.

• Set customer-service expectations

• handle training, scheduling, and supervision in line with company policies and employment laws
• work toward sales goals while controlling expenses
• coordinate professionally with suppliers and vendors
• address customer complaints
• complete store paperwork and related tasks.
