The Licensed Psychologist role is onsite in Boston, MA, at a soon-to-open clinic; patient support may also occur virtually on occasion. Base salary is $125,000–$155,000 per year, plus a performance-based bonus opportunity. Amae Health provides specialty outpatient care for people living with severe mental illness through an integrated, interdisciplinary model. The psychologist provides therapy and ongoing support to adults with severe mental illness, collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team to deliver coordinated, evidence-based care. The role also supports therapists and trainees and contributes to program development, helping advance longitudinal care for this patient population.

What you'll do

• Provide individual and group therapy to a panel of complex severe mental illness patients
• provide regular support in person and occasionally virtually
• deliver evidence-based care in a holistic model
• collaborate with patient care teams and behavioral health providers
• address medical needs related to social determinants of health
• consult with therapists and trainees and assist with program development.
