What you'll do

• Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues
• complete general repairs, resident work orders, unit turns, and quarterly preventive maintenance checks
• maintain curb appeal
• prepare units for occupancy, including painting, carpet cleaning, and cleaning
• assist neighboring properties
• pick up supplies as needed
• report health and safety concerns
• participate in required training and conferences
• be available for after-hours on-call work.
