What you'll do

• Perform basic building repairs involving plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, masonry, mechanical systems, and basic electrical work that does not require a license.
• Maintain grounds, assist with custodial and facility tasks, set up rooms and events, follow safety procedures, complete paperwork, and respond to urgent issues as part of a rotating on-call schedule.
