What you'll do

• Manage a kitchen section and its operations
• prepare and cook dishes to established recipes and standards
• monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage food costs
• maintain food safety, sanitation, and kitchen organization
• supervise and train kitchen staff
• coordinate timely order delivery with kitchen colleagues
• address guest feedback about food quality or service
• oversee dish preparation and presentation
• participate in staff evaluations
• maintain kitchen equipment
• enforce health and safety regulations and conduct inspections.
