Divergent designs, manufactures, and assembles advanced systems for automotive, aerospace, and defense customers. The role leads daily machining work, provides technical direction and mentorship, and supports production quality and continuity. It also improves machining strategies and processes, coordinates with engineering and other teams, and helps resolve issues affecting production schedules and delivery.

What you'll do

• Coordinate machinists’ daily work and provide direction and mentorship
• lead setup and operation of 3-axis, 3+2, and 5-axis machining centers
• troubleshoot machining and setup challenges
• collaborate on machining strategies and process improvements
• support production ramp-up, quality documentation, inspections, and corrective actions
• promote safety and maintain organized work areas.
