Registered Nurse — Infection Prevention

What you'll do

• Identify, report, and investigate possible infections and outbreaks
• develop and implement infection prevention and control strategies
• collaborate with the infection prevention team on policy compliance
• educate guests, families, and staff
• track and report infections and outbreaks
• participate in quality improvement initiatives
• provide nursing care and individualized care plans
• collaborate with the multidisciplinary team
• document care and outcomes and participate in shift handovers.
