What you'll do

• Apply NLP and large language models to transcripts
• define and validate conversation metrics with business partners
• build LLM evaluation methods and regression checks
• develop classification, extraction, scoring, and summarization models
• connect conversation behavior to business outcomes
• take models from prototype to production with monitoring and retraining
• design and analyze experiments
• partner on governed lakehouse data
• present findings
• use AI-enabled workflows within privacy and security guardrails.
