What you'll do

• Receive order tickets from servers and relay them to the kitchen
• highlight allergies and dietary restrictions
• coordinate course timing with the chef
• direct food runners and confirm table and seat details
• check plates for presentation, freshness, temperature, and dietary compliance
• manage dinner service flow, including private dining, à-la-carte service, and tasting menus
• run food as needed
• keep the expeditor station stocked
• follow restaurant, Forbes, LQA, sustainability, and safety policies.
