What you'll do

• Oversee licensed staff and nursing assistants on assigned units
• review schedules and assignments
• assign tasks within employee scope
• evaluate performance and provide disciplinary actions
• guide staff and support education
• monitor care quality and outcomes
• audit records and ensure care plans and medication administration records are reviewed
• coordinate rounds, physician contact, and responses to concerns
• participate in QAPI and infection prevention programs
• participate in the on-call rotation.
