Bilingual Onboarding Trainer — Eastern Iowa

What you'll do

• Mentor and support newly hired employees
• coach employees to build role confidence and competency
• foster relationships between new and existing employees
• monitor onboarding progress and share feedback with managers
• train employees on animal welfare, biosecurity, disease prevention, and safety procedures
• conduct routine animal-care observations
• reinforce personal protective equipment and safety compliance.
