What you'll do

• Supervise and train housekeeping staff, including hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations
• hold staff meetings
• inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas
• implement and maintain cleaning procedures
• manage cleaning supplies, equipment, orders, and departmental budgets
• ensure health and safety compliance and train staff in safe cleaning practices
• address guest complaints
• maintain records and prepare performance reports
• collaborate with front office and maintenance.
