The role owns mechanical construction projects from preconstruction handoff through warranty closeout and is accountable for financial results. It coordinates procurement, schedules, subcontractors, field teams, commissioning, and closeout to deliver project scope and performance.

What you'll do

• Own project profit and loss from buyout through closeout
• validate estimate scope and assumptions during handoff
• manage subcontractor and equipment procurement
• drive submittals and RFIs
• manage change orders
• lead BIM coordination and clash resolution
• direct superintendent planning and sequencing
• prepare pay applications and approve invoices
• maintain project records
• coordinate startup, testing, balancing, commissioning, and closeout.
