Apartment Asset Manager

The Apartment Asset Manager role is onsite in Phoenix, AZ, with a stated salary range of $110,000–$120,000 per year. The role supports Encore Multi Family’s multifamily portfolio and reports to the President of EMF. The manager oversees portfolio financial performance, operations, and strategic positioning to maximize asset performance and value. The role coordinates with property teams, executives, investors, and lenders on budgets, operating results, capital plans, and asset strategies.

What you'll do

• Develop annual operating budgets, forecasts, and capital expenditure plans
• analyze financial statements, NOI, and performance indicators
• identify revenue and expense opportunities
• prepare reports and present monthly variances to the EEI Board
• partner with property teams on operational and financial goals
• oversee leasing, pricing, renovations, capital projects, and property condition
• conduct quarterly site visits
• develop business plans for value-add, refinancing, and disposition strategies
• conduct market analysis
• oversee vendors, staffing, management relationships, and expenditures
• support investor and lender reporting, loan compliance, refinancing, and capital markets activities
• monitor regulatory compliance
• guide property-level teams
• maintain portfolio dashboards.
