What you'll do

• Answer phones and client questions
• make reservations and manage wait times
• communicate appointment delays
• greet and check in clients
• collect client and service information
• communicate pricing and service options
• identify retail and service upselling opportunities
• process POS transactions and cash handling
• maintain the front desk, shop cleanliness, supplies, and retail shelves.
