Safety Specialist

What you'll do

• Oversee client-site safety activities under the Safety Manager
• implement safety programs and identify hazards
• support regulatory and company-policy compliance
• address safety matters with employees, contractors, and visitors
• conduct safety training and orientations
• lead monthly Safety Action Team meetings
• investigate near misses and injuries and follow up on corrective actions
• manage online training and audits
• review procedures
• assist with job hazard analyses and safety education materials
• monitor behavior surveys and near-miss reports.
