Production Operator

Job overview

The Production Operator works onsite in Woodville, WI. Compensation is $19–$21 per hour. The role supports the employer’s manufacturing team and production processes. The operator runs and monitors assembly and packaging equipment, checks product quality, and maintains production records. The work helps keep manufacturing operations efficient while following food safety, quality, and workplace safety requirements.

What you'll do

• Operate assembly and downstream packaging automation
• start machines and report malfunctions
• respond to alarms and clear jams
• stage packaging materials and work-in-process components
• inspect products
• pack and label finished goods
• enter production data
• maintain a clean and safe work area
• follow health, safety, quality, GMP, HACCP, SQF, sanitation, and food-defense requirements
• identify and report quality or safety concerns.
