What you'll do

• Advise health care clients on federal and state regulatory compliance
• counsel on fraud-and-abuse laws, including the Anti-Kickback Statute and Stark Law
• assist with regulatory due diligence for health care transactions
• analyze regulatory developments
• draft legal memoranda, regulatory analyses, and client communications
• collaborate across corporate, transactional, and litigation practices.
