What you'll do

• Provide customer service and follow site procedures and emergency response activities
• respond professionally to incidents and customer concerns
• conduct armed patrols of sales floors, entrances, parking areas, loading zones, and the perimeter
• monitor and report suspicious activity, theft concerns, hazards, and policy violations
• maintain an armed presence in accordance with laws and site procedures.
