What you'll do

• Source and screen candidates for bilingual project management and crew roles
• create and post targeted job advertisements
• coordinate interviews
• develop recruitment marketing
• collaborate with hiring managers on bilingual requirements
• manage recruiting administration and represent the company at job fairs and recruitment events
• report progress and challenges
• and support new-hire onboarding and training.
