The Leasing Agent — LIHTC and Affordable Housing role is onsite in Clarkston, GA. Compensation is $17–$19 per hour plus bonus. Paths develops, builds, and operates affordable housing and manages properties across multiple states. The Leasing Agent markets the property, qualifies applicants, and secures lease agreements to support leasing and occupancy goals. The role also assists residents through move-in, recertification, and administrative processes while following affordable housing and fair housing requirements.

What you'll do

• Greet prospective residents, determine needs and eligibility, conduct property tours, and secure applications
• qualify applications under rental criteria and program requirements
• meet leasing goals
• conduct move-in inspections
• notify applicants of results
• prepare lease paperwork and move-in files
• accept rents and deposits
• answer calls
• complete annual recertifications for HPD PBV residents
• follow applicable housing laws and company procedures.
