What you'll do

• Recruit, hire, train, and develop staff
• create a welcoming atmosphere and ensure customer service guidelines are followed
• schedule staff and ensure shifts are covered
• coach and hold direct reports accountable
• process employee payroll
• resolve employee concerns and manage disciplinary or termination activities
• handle front desk activities and member requests
• ensure timely opening and closing
• oversee facility cleanliness, maintenance, safety, and equipment repair communication
• support marketing promotions
• authorize expenditures and refunds
• make daily bank deposits
• prepare HR forms
• track and report statistics
• provide backup support for absent employees. Current CPR certification and a high school diploma or GED are required.
