What you'll do

• Own annual budgets and periodic forecasts across North American entities
• lead variance analysis, scenario planning, and management reporting
• design and report regional KPIs
• provide financial planning and modeling
• lead and develop the finance/accounting team
• oversee month-end close, OneStream approvals, master data changes, and capital requests
• support audits and annual reporting
• enforce SOX/COSO controls
• oversee intercompany transactions and transfer pricing
• support SAP integration and a common North American P&L
• drive ERP, automation, and AI improvements
• partner with plant and operations leaders.
