What you'll do

• Work with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop recruiting strategies
• source and engage candidates across test, manufacturing, general and administrative support, executive, and other disciplines
• assess technical aptitude
• advise hiring managers on candidate backgrounds
• manage full-cycle recruiting from screening through offers
• use job boards, social media, conferences, and networking to build candidate pools
• support additional functions as needed.
