CNC Operator II

The CNC Operator II role is onsite in Pinellas Park, FL, with a Monday–Thursday schedule from 3:15 p.m. to 1:45 a.m. Compensation is not specified. The operator supports precision manufacturing at ALIGN PRECISION - CLEARWATER, LLC. This role operates multiple types of CNC equipment and supports production quality and efficiency through tool changes, troubleshooting, measurement checks, and collaboration with leads or engineers. It also helps train Level I operators as needed.

What you'll do

• Operate at least two types of CNC equipment and run multiple machines to parts-per-hour targets
• read M codes and basic G codes
• independently replace worn or broken tools
• troubleshoot fixture issues
• correct out-of-tolerance dimensions using a CMM or control plan
• interpret technical drawings and validate measurements with CMM and manual tools
• collaborate to improve setups, reduce scrap, and improve efficiency
• assist with training Level I operators as needed.
