Banquet Captain / Key Manager

The Banquet Captain / Key Manager role is onsite in New Orleans, LA. Pay is $15–$18 per hour. OnePack Hospitality is seeking a captain to lead banquet service and event execution. The role coordinates event setup, service, and breakdown while directing banquet servers and working with event organizers, guests, kitchen, and bar staff. Its purpose is to deliver organized service that follows event plans and supports guest satisfaction.

What you'll do

• Oversee event-space setup according to event plans
• lead and direct banquet servers
• serve as a point of contact for event organizers and guests and resolve issues
• coordinate food and beverage service timing with kitchen and bar staff
• conduct pre-event briefings and post-event debriefings
• maintain supplies and equipment and manage cleaning and storage of banquet materials.
