Project Manager II — Child Support Modernization Training

The Project Manager II — Child Support Modernization Training role is onsite in Madison, WI. Compensation is $60–$65 per hour. The role supports the Child Support Modernization Project and implementation of a new case management system. The position coordinates training and communication planning, tracks training progress, and manages day-to-day project activities with internal and external stakeholders. It works with organizational change, implementation, and training teams to ensure staff, end users, and partners are informed and prepared for training.

What you'll do

• Confirm development of training and resource materials
• review and provide feedback on training modules, user manuals, and related materials
• report training status to the Organizational Change Manager
• coordinate and facilitate meetings between project teams and end users
• coordinate with implementation and training managers on communications and training tasks
• track training progress and day-to-day project activities.
